Diabetes mellitus often referred to simply as diabetes is a syndrome of disordered metabolism, usually due combination hereditary and environmental causes, resulting in abnormally high blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia). The purpose the present study find out effect yogic practices with without diet modifications on FBS (Fasting Blood Sugar) among Aged Diabetic women. conducted 120 women, randomly selected into two groups, namely, experimental group Control Group, each consist 20 Experimental Group underwent twelve weeks Yogic whereas control do not undergo any type training. Fasting Sugar was measured before after results were analyzed statistical technique Analysis Covariance (ANCOVA) concluded that Practices have significantly reduced than Group.
